Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who submits that though the case diary was called for in this case, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has been laid bearing the Charge- Page No.# 2/2 sheet No. 86/2025 dated 29.12.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by its order dated 18.12.2025 and he, thereafter, has co-operated in the investigation. 3. He further submits that he is ready and willing to co-operate in the trial. 4. Considering the fact that the charge-sheet has been laid and the fact that the petitioner has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to him by this Court on 18.12.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition No. (b) (c) shall attached to the said order remaining intact. 5.
