This is plaintiffs' petition. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue an order or direction direct the learned civil Judge Junior Division Azamgarh to decide the amendment application filed in suit no. 1552 of 2021 (Sushila Devi and another Vs Ramakant and others within stipulated period dated 4.3.2024 (Annexure No. 2)." With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
