The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 109 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Godda. 3. On 07.10.2024, at about 11:00 P.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which, two persons sustained injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is case and counter-case with regard to the same occurrence. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner. 5. Mr. Prabir Kumar Chatterjee, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Godda in connection with Poraiyahat P.S.
