Kusuma Kumari, who was petitioner No.30 in CWP No.79 of 2023, in Re: Sharda Kumari and Others versus State of H.P. & Ors., decided on 12.01.2024, has filed the instant application stating that while dealing with the incumbency, the name of the School was mentioned as GPS Tatahar Gopalpu-I, District Mandi, (HP), whereas it should have been GPS Banala Aut at Thalout. Application is duly supported by an affidavit. 2. Upon listing of the application, since the prayer sought for is formal in nature, and the application is not opposed, this Court allows the instant application, with direction to the Registry to reflect the incumbency of the applicant-Kusuma Kumari, as aforesaid by showing her to be posted/working in GPS Banala Aut at Thalout instead of GPS Tatahar Gopalpur-I, District Mandi, (HP), by carrying out necessary rectification in red ink. After carrying out necessary rectification in the judgment and in Memo of Parties, certified copy of the judgment as per norms be furnished to the applicant in CMP No.20554 of 2025.
