Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3^^ respondent is interfering in the civil dispute which is also the subject matter in O.S.No.44 of 2024 at the behest of third parties, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 3'^ respondent is not interfering with the peace of the petitioner. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to the 3'"^ respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
