W.P.No.16867 of 2025 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN Writ Petition No.16867 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 1st respondent and Sri M. Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel SERP, appearing for respondents 2 to 4. 2. Petitioner assails the action of respondents 3 to 5 in not allowing her to discharge duties of Village Organisation Assistant of 6th respondent Society, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for SERP appearing for respondents 2 to 4 has placed on record written instructions stating that 6th respondent Society has passed resolution, dated 27.01.2025, removing petitioner as V.O.A. and appointing some other candidate. 4. In view of the same, as petitioner has been removed from service, petitioner is granted liberty to assail the action of 6th respondent Society before appropriate forum and in case petitioner is to get any balance salary, the respondents are directed to settle the same. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
