Having perused aforesaid communication as well as office order, this Court finds that in terms of directions contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, petitioner herein has been considered as deemed regular employee of the State from the date when he was initially appointed/ joined on contract basis with all consequential benefits, however, monetary benefits are extended notionally. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and accordingly same are closed.
