K PALLAVI The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.223 of 2020 JUDGMENT: On 27.12.2023, learned counsel for appellant has brought to the notice of this Court that sole appellant died, therefore, steps needed to be taken to bring on record legal heirs, and therefore, sought for time. No such application has been filed so far. Since suit was instituted by appellant/plaintiff, even the said suit would also have abated due to his death. In view of the above, this appeal stands abated and accordingly stands dismissed with liberty to seek revival of the case in case the legal representatives desire to do so.
