State Of Rajasthan & Ors.) and another connected matter decided on 28.07.2025. The order dated 28.07.2025 is re- produced as under:- “1. These two writ petitions are being decided by this common order as the facts and issue involved are similar. For convenience, the facts are being taken from S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10658/2025. 2. This petition is filed aggrieved of the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the State Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Committee, Jodhpur temporarily re- stricting the petitioners-institutions to participate in the admission process of 2025-26. 3. The short grievance raised is that objection dated 30.05.2025 filed to an ex parte order of restriction has not been decided. 4. Learned AAG Ms.Mahi Yadav, appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 2 and learned counsel Mr.Digvijay Singh appears on behalf of respondent No.3. 5.
