Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a petition vide Crl.MP.No.1258 of 2025 seeking permission to conduct prosecution. It is submitted that the learned Magistrate without adjudicating the petition filed by the petitioner is proceeding further in considering the petition filed by the accused No.1 for discharge. As such, prays this court to give a direction to the learned Magistrate to adjudicate petitioner’s petition before adjudicating any other petitions. 3.
