Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ::ORDER:: Heard Sri W.V.B.Shravan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader respondents 1 to 3. for Revenue for 2. Petitioners made an application through No.DEROI2501557789 dgted 06.06.2025, to conduct online vide a survey and fix boundaries in respect of Plot Nos 12 and 13 in Sy.No.708/1 and 2 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District. However, the 3"'^ respondent failed to conduct a survey, and hence the above writ petition has been filed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the revenue authorities granted house site pattas of an extent of 0.0272 cents, bearing Plot Nos.12 and 13 in Sy.No.708/1 and 2 of Karakambadi Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District to the petitioners. The petitioners made a 3 representation on 28.04.2025 through the Spandana the petitioners made the application through AP online 06.06.2025. programme. Thereafter, and made payment on 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted the instructions along with endorsement of Tahsildar, Renigunta Mandal, District vide F.L.R.No.484/2025 dated Tirupati 06.07.2025 (wrongly typed 06.06.2025). A perusal of the endorsement would indicate that the Village Surveyor and Mandal Surveyor submitted alleged survey. a report dated 16.06.2025 regarding the 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since an endorsement is passed by the Tahsildar, liberty may be granted to the petitioners to challenge the endorsement dated 06.07.2025 7. Given the facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the endorsement dated 06.07.2025 before the appropriate authority.
