Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent No.5 has wrongly rejected the application for leave vide order Annexure P-1, P-2 and P-3 dated 24.03.2025, 04.04.2025 and 28.04.2025 respectively. He contended that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh representation before BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 respondent No.4 & 5 mentioning that petitioner is having leave in his account, which is also mentioned in the order Annexure P-1, P-2 and P-3. However he submits that a direction be issued to respondent No.4 and 5 to take a decision on the representation to be filed by petitioner within specified time. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before respondents No.4 and 5 against the order Annexure P-1, P-2 and P-3 dated 24.03.2025, 04.04.2025 and 28.04.2025 respectively and if such representation is filed by petitioner, the respondents No.4 and 5 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
