No. 344 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 64(1) /64(2) H/69/89/115(2)/303(2)/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. It appears that the petitioner was alleged to be in live-in-relationship with the prosecutrix. Later on, she was driven away from the house of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the parties were in live-in-relationship for more than a year. 5. In view of the nature of allegation, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Senha P.S.
