THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the Award dated 07.08.2021 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D. No.58/2015 vide Annexure-C. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at settlement. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a 3 Joint Memo duly signed before the Lok Adalath. The said Joint Memo reads as follows: "1. As against the punishment order dated: 30/06/2014 by reducing two annual increment, One annual increment to be reduced with cumulative effect. 2. She is entitled for notional pay fixation and not entitled for arrears. 3. Revised Pay fixation, if any shall be effected from 01/05/2025." Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo modifying the Award dated 07.08.2021 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru in I.D. No.58/2015 vide Annexure-C.
