GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declare the action of the Respondent no-3 not lifting the Teak logs kept in the premises of Petitioner's Saw mill at D.No.5/553, Usmasawpet, Nellore which were seized in Crime No. 141 of 2016 on the file of P.S. Nellore Rural is illegal, arbitrary, and violation of Art. 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No-3 to lift the Teak logs kept in the Petitioner's Saw mill at D.No.5/553, Usmasawpet, Nellore which were seized in Crime No. 141 of 2016 on the file of P.S. Nellore Rural.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 23.03.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in this petition, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In the light of the interim order dated 23.03.2022 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2020, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
