This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "श्रदद्धेय न्ययाययालय दयारया परमयादद्धेश प्रकक तति मम आदद्धेश, अथवया तनिदरश पयाररति कर तवपकक्षी ससंख्यया 1 (अपर आययक्त (न्ययातयक) प्रययागरयाज मण्डल प्रययागरयाज) कको तनिदरतशति तकयया जयावद्धे तक अपक्षीलयाथर्थीगण / ययातचिकयाकतियार्ता दयारया प्रस्तियति (तवचियारयाधक्षीनि) अपक्षील ससंख्यया 47/2024, कम्प्ययटरक्षीकक ति वयाद ससंख्यया C 202402000000047, बमयकदमया उमयाशसंकर आतद बनियाम रयामनियाथ आतद, अन्तिगर्ताति धयारया 331 (3) उत्तर प्रदद्धेश जममींदयारक्षी तवनियाश एवसं भयतम व्यवस्थया अधधतनियम 1950, पर यथया शक्षीघ्र सयनिवयाई हद्धेतिय उतचिति आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे हद्धेतिय आजया पयाररति तकयद्धे जयानिद्धे ककी अनियकम्पया ककी जयावम ।." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
