Binggep, learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 and Mr. D. Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. This is an application filed under Section 430(1) of the BNSS, 2023, praying for suspension of sentence passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ziro, Lower Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh, vide judgment and order dated 18.12.2024 in POCSO Case No. 02/2020 under Section 4 of POCSO, Act and for allowing the applicant to go on bail. I have gone through the judgment. The prayer of the applicant is allowed. The sentence imposed upon the applicant, namely, Shri Bogom@Bogum Raja, by the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ziro in POCSO Case No. 02/2025, shall remain suspended till the disposal of the connected appeal. The applicant, namely, Shri Bogom@Bogum Raja is allowed to go on bail on executing a bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) only with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Ziro.
