P. -------- 02/ Dated 22.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 318(4), 69, 84, 351(2) and 352 of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 30 years. Later, petitioner refused to marry her. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
