By filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the Hedu Page No.# 3/3 Clan represented by Shri Mere Yorpen, President of Hedu Clan Welfare Society, Karle Village, P.O./P.S. Monigong, District Shi Yomi, Arunachal Pradesh as respondent No. 3 in the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 428 (AP)/2025. The applicant has filed WP(C) No. 428 (AP)/2025 seeking disbursement of land compensation stretching from Karle area in between Taking Lingtak to Pumbum Yorlong to Bose Sokong belonging to Hemi and Hedu clan. It is submitted that the Hedu clan is a necessary party for division of the compensation, hence prayed for their impleadment as respondent No. 3 in the WP(C) No. 428 (AP)/2025. The prayer not being objected to by Ms. P. Sangeeta, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the prayer for impleadment is allowed.
