The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. On 03.04.2024, the informant was waylaid by unknown persons near Railway Hospital, Parsudih. The accused persons looted his scooty, mobile phone and purse. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused Sk. Irshad and Md. Firoz have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Mr. V.S. Sahay, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
