The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs: “(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record from the respondents authorities. (ii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/set-aside the order dated 05.07.2021 passed by Collector Janjgir, District-Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) and the petitioner be reinstate the in her service. (iii) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/direction/order commanding 3 the respondents to set-aside the order dated 01.10.2020 and to reinstate the petitioner in her service. (iv) Any other relief, which may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Learned Panel Lawyer for the State would submit that the order of termination of services from the post of Rojgar Sahayak has been passed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Janpad Panchayat and the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Collector has been dismissed vide order dated 5.7.2021. The order is revisable before the Commissioner, Division Bilaspur and thus this petition is not maintainable. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer a duly constituted revision before the Commissioner. He would submit that a direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the revision expeditiously. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 5. Considering the fact that the order is revisable before the Commissioner, Division Bilaspur, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a revision before the Commissioner, Division Bilaspur within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in 4 turn the said authority is directed to decide the revision strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of its presentation.
