For the Respondents: Mr. Vishwadeep Sharma, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record copy of office order dated 20.09.2025, whereunder, the petitioner has been held entitled to pension as she has been held to be in possession of requisite qualifying service for the same. 2. Learned Additional Advocate General on the strength of aforesaid office order as also the instructions dated 04.10.2025 of the Director of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh, submits that the case of the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes 2 for release of pension subject to the final outcome of LPA/Review Petition intended to be preferred by the respondents, has also been processed and sent to Accountant General’s office for compliance. Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that the pension case of the petitioner shall be processed and she shall be paid due and admissible pension within four weeks. In view of above, the present contempt proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
