JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 19.11.2025 Heard Mr. Sibon Engti, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. Reken Ingo, learned counsel for all the Opposite Parties. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking condonation of delay of 357 days in preferring the connected appeal. The reasons for delay in not filing the connected appeal within the stipulated time, has been explained by the applicant in paragraphs No. 3 & 4 of this application. Upon hearing the learned counsels appearing for the parties and on perusal of the explanation given in the above-noted paragraph; this Court is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by a sufficient cause in not preferring the connected appeal within the stipulated time. Moreover, the respondent has no objection condoning the delay, in question. In view of the above; the delay of 357 days in preferring the connected appeal is hereby condoned.
