2 the appellate Authority. However, he submits that considering the nature of grounds raised, direction be issued to the appellate authority to consider and decide the same within stipulated time.
2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner he has no objection.
3. In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In the event petitioner files an appeal, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same at the earliest, keeping in mind that the relief which is claimed by the petitioner is of admission of his ward in the School.
