The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the notices dated 27.05.2025 and 10.06.2025 issued by Respondent No.2, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same. 2. The impugned notices are issued under Sections 407, 510, 511 and 596 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipal Corporations Act, 1955. In the impugned notices, the Petitioner was informed that the area in which cows and buffaloes are kept is a residential area and called upon the Petitioner to remove the cows and buffaloes. Pursuant to the notices, the Petitioner submitted his explanation on 09.06.2025. 3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.2-Corporation submits that necessary orders will be passed pursuant to the objections/explanation given by the Petitioner on 09.06.2025. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the Respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the explanation offered by the Petitioner on 09.06.2025. Till such exercise is completed, the Respondent authorities are directed not to interfere with the dairy activity of the Petitioner. 4 5. No order as to costs. 6.
