JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA [2025:RJ-JP:32408] (3 of 3) [CW-10511/2025] Order 19/08/2025 This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a challenge to order dated 26.04.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Thanagazi, District Alwar in Civil Appeal No.5/2022, whereby the matter has been sent back to the Court below for deciding the Temporary Injunction (for short ‘TI’) application afresh. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners made a limited prayer that the learned Trial Court be directed to dispose the TI application at the earliest. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court feels that ends of justice would meet on issuing direction to the learned Court below for deciding the TI application expeditiously. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Thanagazi, District Alwar to decide the TI application No.46/74/2020 (Ramchandra & Ors. Vs. Kailash & Ors.) expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
