The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 300 of 2025 arising out of Giridih (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2024 corresponding to M.C.A. No. 1480 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 118 of the B.N.S., added with Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih. 3. On 21.12.2024 at about 2.00 pm, there was some altercation between the informant-party and the accused persons. Later on, 10 to 15 unknown accused persons came to the house of the informant and the named accused persons along with others, inflicted several knife blows on the brother of the informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih in connection with S.T.
