For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.
I.A.No.2 of 2025
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the investigation is not yet completed and the charge sheet has also not been filed.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein vide orders in Crl.P.No.6920 of 2025 dated 15.07.2025 to appear before the Station House Officer, Gudivada I Town Police Station, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 A.M., and 05.00 P.M., till
filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required till filing of the charge sheet.
Accordingly, the I.A.No.2 of 2025 is allowed.
