P. -------- 02/ Dated 22.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 331(4) and 305 of B.N.S., pending in the court of Miss. Divya Raghav, learned J.M.F.C.-XVI, Ranchi. On 16.03.2025, theft was committed in the godown of the informant. Unknown thieves looted aluminum hollow sections and other machine parts from there. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss. Divya Raghav, learned J.M.F.C.-XVI, Ranchi, or her successor, in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 22nd September, 2025 BS/-
