SUNDER MOHAN, J. ata ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32606 of 2024 on
03.01.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the submissions and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32606 of 2024 on 03.01.2025 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 20.02.2025
