2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Mandar PS Case No. 30 of 2024 pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4. There is an allegation against these petitioners that they along with the others assaulted the informant’s son and nephew. Though there is general allegation but from the records it is clear that these petitioners have jointly assaulted the informant. Injuries are on the head and vital part of the body. Thus this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to these petitioners.
5. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
