JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER ORDER 27.10.2025 1. This present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed praying for condonation of the delay of 153 days in filing the connected appeal against the impugned Judgment and Order dated 27.09.2024 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aizawl, Mizoram in MACT Case No. 3/2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, Mr. Benjamin Lalthlamuana. Also heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1, Mr. C. Zoramchhana. 3. The causes for the delay have been explained in the paragraph 2 Clause (a) to (m) of the application. 4. The Court has gone through the causes as reflected in the said Page No.# 3/3 paragraph which has been supported by the documents at annexures 1 to 10. 5. This Court after perusing the documents as well as the pleadings in the application is of the view that the applicant is able to show sufficient cause for the delay of 153 days in filing the connected appeal. The delay is therefore condoned. 6. Accordingly, the application is allowed. 7. The Interlocutory Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
