By way of present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to release the amount of compensation, falling in the share of applicant Samangala Devi. The above matter was decided by this Court on 22.11.2025. 2. In view of no objection by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application is allowed. The amount, so deposited, is ordered to be released in her favour, along with upto date interest by remitting the same to the bank account of applicant, particulars, of which have been mentioned in the application.
