Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not financially sound and has no social status, therefore, cannot furnish two sureties and he may be allowed to furnish a personal bonds only. A report has been called for the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kota who has submitted his report according to which petitioner has no means and no financial resources. Therefore, in view of the report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kota, and the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition of [2025:RJ-JP:30026] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-294/2025] two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each is waived and the order is modified accordingly.
