In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Yatindra, the counsel representing the opposite party has filed a compliance affidavit disclosing that an order dated 18.03.2025 has been passed by the opposite party deciding and accepting the claim of the applicant for compassionate appointment. The order dated 18.03.2025 has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. Through order dated 18.03.2025, the District Basic Education Officer, Baghpat has been directed to issue an appointment letter to the applicant appointing him in Class III/ Class IV post. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notices are discharged. It is clarified that, in case, appropriate appointment letter is not issued to the applicant within one month from today, and in any case, by 30th April, 2025, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order or file a fresh contempt application.
