By way of this MCC, the applicant has prayed for following prayer:- “to modify the order dated 09.05.2025 passed in MCC 2 No. 479 of 2025 to the extent that the words which have been incorrectly types as “the time of 15 days granted earlier is extended for a further period of one month after the earlier period of 15 days” may kindly be modified to the extent that it may be read as “the time of 90 days granted earlier is extended for a further period of three months after the earlier period of 90 days.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant MCC with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition. 3. No objection has been raised from other side. 4.
