This is a disposed of matter listed on Board today under the heading “To Be Mentioned” on the basis of the mention made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent for the reason that the name of the learned counsel representing the private respondent concerned has not been referred in the order dated 14.08.2025. 2. A similar prayer has also been made on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant-State. 3. We have perused the record as also Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the parties and found that the reference of the name of the appearing counsel as per the details furnished by the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent as well as the appellant-State has not been referred in the order dated 14.08.2025. 4. Hence, the order dated 14.08.2025 is modified to the extent by referring the names of the learned counsel who have argued the matter along with the learned counsel who are on record. 5.
