order dated 02.07.2025, passed in W.P.No. 16285 of 2025, primarily on the ground that the direction insofar as conducting an auction for 16 Acres out of a total extent of Acs.26.54 Cents runs contrary to the earlier interim order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.14595 of 2015, dated 11.06.2015, whereby the writ Court had directed maintenance of status quo with regard to the entire parcel of land measuring approximately 26 Acres.
2. We have gone through the order impugned before us and the same does not reflect knowledge about the order passed earlier in 2015, although
