Heard Ms.Sodum Anvesha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services II for the respondents. Petitioner is married daughter of late Pallet! Venkateswarulu, who died in harness on 30.10.2024 while working as Principal in respondent No.4- College. The deceased is survived by petitioner who is married daughter and son stated to have already abandoned them and mother who is illiterate. Therefore, petitioner made application claiming compassionate appointment. Now by impugned proceedings dated 20.05.2025, the said application to be rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned rejection is without any reasons, therefore, the same has to be set aside. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services II on the other hand, tried to justify the impugned order contending that the request of the petitioner will be elaborate, therefore, rejected. On perusal of the impugned proceedings, it is very much clear that except stating that request has been rejected, no reasons are provided in support of the same. As no reasons are provided for such rejection order, this Court deems fit to set aside the impugned proceedings dated 20.05.2025 and remand the matter back to the 2"^^ respondent for de nova consideration and 2. 3. came 4. 5. 6. the 2"" respondent shall consider the application accordance with guidelines of the petitioner in provided for consideration of compassionate a period of six (06) weeks from appointment and pass speaking orders within the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
