The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 15.07.2020 passed by the second respondent vide Annexure-R. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The contention of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and his vendor. Suffice it to note that Annexure-R is an internal communication between the Tahsildar and the Police Inspector, Shringeri. Moreover, by way of an internal communication, the Tahsildar has only intimated the Police Inspector, Shringeri to register a - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2221 WP No. 10098 of 2020 FIR. Such an internal communication cannot be questioned in the Writ Petition. Admittedly, there is a civil lis pending. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, he may agitate the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with the law if so advised.
