The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on receipt of complaint from the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent has called the petitioner for the purpose of enquiry, thereafter it has been ascertained that the civil dispute is pending between them. 3. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 4.
