The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Toklo P.S. Case No. 02/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8(b) & 18 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 07.01.2025, Toklo police, on the basis of confidential information, destructed poppy cultivation from Kimirda, Heselkuti hill. F.I.R. was registered against the unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that during the course of investigation, petitioner was apprehended and he confessed that he has cultivated the said poppy at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material available against this petitioner on record. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Toklo P.S.
