The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Thakurgaon P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 190/191(2)/191(3)/126(2)/115(2)/117(2) /109 (1)/ 132, 121 (1), 121(2), 324/(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate-XX, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners of assault and even injury is not known and allegation is made that assault is on the vital part of the body. He submits that for the same occurrence two F.I.R have been lodged and in both the F.I.R the petitioners have been made accused. He submits that in another F.I.R, four of accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4984 of 2025. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there against all the accused persons of assault. 5. Considering that there are general and omnibus allegations ( 2025:JHHC:28126 ) against all the accused persons and for the same alleged occurrence four of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4984 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-XX, Ranchi, in connection with Thakurgaon P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. Dt.15.09.2025 ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
