GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writs Order or Direction declaring the action of Respondent No 2 to 4 in calling the petitioner to Police Station frequently without there being any crime registered him and in interfering with the civil liberties of petitioner and civil disputes interse the petitioner and 5th Respondent as illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction and violative of Art 14 of Constitution of India and to consequently direct the Respondent No 2 to 4 not to interfere with the civil liberties of petitioner and not to interfere 2 with the civil disputes between petitioner and 5th Respondent and also not to call the petitioner to Police Station without there being any crime registered against him Award costs” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
