It is seen that after receipt of the order from this Court, the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare Department, had sent a communication dated 03.06.2024, stating that considering the huge financial commitment involved in the proposal and as the creation of posts is a policy decision of the Government, it is informed that proposal will be considered after getting required particulars in a phase manner only. However, the request will be taken into consideration at the time of examining the proposal.
