1. The victim appeared along with her father through virtual mode from concerned DLSA before this Court today and recorded ‘objection’ in granting bail to the Applicant.
2. The applicant has preferred this 1st bail application under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita Act 2023 for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No. 276/2024, registered at Police Station – Nawagarh, District- Bemetara (C.G.) for offence
2 punishable under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1), 74 & 76 of BNS and Sections 4 & 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file a fresh after some time.
4. In view of above submission, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
