G RAMACHANDRA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: On 17.02.2025, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the 2nd respondent/husband of the petitioner died. 2. The revision was filed against the order dated 30.08.2010 in M.C.No.74 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., was partly allowed by the Trial Court. 2 3. The Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Tenali, is directed to submit the status of Vempati Rajeswara Sarma, S/o Satyanarayana Murthy. 4. While dictating the above order, Sri M. Chiranjeevi Babu, learned counsel representing Sri G. Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted the death certificate issued by the Government of Dubai and death certificate issued by the Consulate General of India, Dubai (U.A.E), across the Bench and submits that the 2nd respondent is no more and petition may be dismissed as abated. The death certificate is being attested by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a liberty may be given to the petitioner to proceed against the assets/estate of the 2nd respondent towards recovery of the arrears and also other alimony as entitled by her as wife of the 2nd respondent and being natural heir. 6. Liberty is granted. 7. The petitioner may workout her remedies as per the law. 8. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
