It is submitted that the petitioner is a social activist and had lodged complaints on 23.11.2023 and 01.08.2024. It is also submitted that the petitioner has obtained information under the Right to Information Act from the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be more in the nature of a public interest issue rather than the enforcement of the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner. 3. 4. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed off, leaving it open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the appropriate forum. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
