Further in para-259 of the case diary, it has come that co-accused Santosh Yadav playing fraud with the court and police, got release order of the seized vehicle and plied two vehicles using one number plate putting revenue loss to the Government and further it has also come in the said order that the petitioner and his own brother co-accused Santosh Yadav have running a racket using one number plate in two vehicles for transportation of illegal coal.
