Also heard Mr. Tongpok Pongena, learned counsel, representing the opposite party nos. 1 & 2. 2. This application has been filed by the applicant for staying of the further proceeding in the Execution Case No. 02/2024, pending before the Court of learned MACT, Mokokchung, Nagaland. 3. In view of the order passed by this Court, recalling the dismissal order dated 28.01.2025 in MAC Appeal Case No. 08/2024 and restoration of the same for further hearing, this Court is of the view that the further proceeding in the Execution Case No. 02/2024, pending before the Court of learned MACT, Mokokchung, Nagaland, should be stayed till disposal of the connected said MAC Appeal. 4. In view of the aforesaid, this instant Interlocutory application is disposed of as allowed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
